Earn COPIC Points On-Line with the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC)
CFMC has partnered with COPIC and Every Child By Two (ECBT) to develop and execute high quality online CME activities for physicians and nurses. Once a COPIC approved CE activity is completed, a report will be sent to COPIC and ERS points will be updated within 60 days. Click here to take advantage of these courses. Electronic Education Documentation System (EEDS) Community Hospital has switched from the CME tracking system based on paper sign-in sheets and manual entry of credit into the Medical Staff Services database to the Electronic Education Documentation System (EEDS) which uses swipe cards and terminals to record attendance at scheduled CME events. EEDS provides a quick, legible, accurate record of attendance at conferences with 24-hour online access to generate and e-mail transcripts or certificates of attendance for the activities attended from any computer with a web connection. The EEDS system also allows you to track attendance at educational events where the EEDS is not used, view online calendars, and participate in Point of Care Learning (POCL) CME. If you are interested in more information or participating in POCL CME, please contact Heather Gray by phone at (970) 256-6270 or by e-mail at hgray@gjhosp.org. More information regarding EEDS is available at their website www.eeds.com. |
