BE WELL COLORADO WORKSHOPS
Managing Chronic Health Conditions
Thursday April 9 | 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Join us for a free six-week workshop that will help caregivers and those living with chronic health conditions feel better and maintain active, independent lives. Participants will learn how to set goals and create action plans that include nutrition and physical activity. Graduates of this workshop will feel better, exercise more, and communicate better about their health. Classes are every Thursday for six weeks from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.     Weight Management for Children and Adolescents
    Monday June 1 | 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
    Shapedown Summer Camp is a 6-week class for youth ages 6 to 18, taught by a registered dietitian, behaviorist and physical therapist. Shapedown is physician-approved. Help your child:
  • Enhance self-esteem
  • Improve peer relationships
  • Adopt healthier habits
  • Begin to normalize their weight within their genetic potential
