Alternatives to traditional breakfast foods for the most important meal of the day. Community Hospital’s Registered Dietitian, Sandy Paulson, R.D., C.D.E., will provide guidelines for healthy breakfast choices, recipes for smoothies and other “outside the box” breakfast foods.
