Weight Management for Children and Adolescents
Monday September 14 | 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Shapedown is a 10-week class for youth ages 6 to 18, taught by a registered dietitian, behaviorist and physical therapist. Shapedown is physician-approved. Help your child:
  • Enhance self-esteem
  • Improve peer relationships
  • Adopt healthier habits
  • Begin to normalize their weight within their genetic potential
  • Initial consultation required prior to class participation. There is a fee for this class, insurance is accepted and several scholarships are available. For more information, please call (970) 256-6495.
