Community Hospital Employee Lend-a-Hand Program (HELP)
The HELP fund was designed to assist employees of Community Hospital and their immediate family during times of need. The program assists employees with catastrophic events, emergency situations and financial hardship due to unforeseen circumstances. The fund is designed to provide resources to cover basic needs such as rent, electricity, heat, gas and water services, food, or shelter assistance if a home is damaged or destroyed.
The Community Hospital Foundation manages the fund as a temporarily restricted fund. A committee will make the decisions regarding the funding of grant requests using blinded information.
Donations to support the HELP Fund will be accepted throughout the year. Donors may contribute to the fund by visiting our
Ways to Give page.
HELP EligibilityAny employee of Community Hospital who has been employed for at least six months and is in good standing is eligible to apply for HELP funds. Information regarding requests and grants for funds is completely confidential. The requests for assistance will be coordinated through Laurie Sinner, HR director. View the
