People Reward and Recognition structure implemented by January 31, 2008. Guest Increase Avatar patient satisfaction survey score by one point for measured departments by April 30th, 2008. Quality/Safety Increase facility-wide hand hygiene compliance by 2% over the same period last year. Finance Attain and maintain Operating Expenses = 44% of Gross Patient Revenue. Growth/Community Increase overall outpatient services by 3%. |
