Discounts and Payment Options for Those Without Insurance
Community Hospital offers patients who do not have insurance several discount options and payment plans.

We offer the following prompt-pay discounts; these discounts are available with payment in full only:

• For a balance of $999.99 and below, we offer a 15% prompt-pay discount if we receive payment in full within the first thirty (30) days after final bill.


• For balances of $1000.00 and above, we offer a 40% prompt-pay discount if we receive payment in full within the first thirty (30) days after final bill. If the bill is paid in full after the first thirty (30) days, and prior to the 90 day payment grace period, the discount is 15%.


• For outpatient surgical procedures (same day surgery) if payment in full is received prior to surgery, a 70% prompt pay discount is available.


- Payment is based on the estimate provided during the preregistration process.

- If your scheduled outpatient surgery requires admission to the hospital following your surgery, this procedure is no longer considered an outpatient surgery and this prompt pay discount is no longer available.

- Some surgeries do not qualify for this prompt pay discount. These include cosmetic procedures and lithotripsy.

If you cannot pay in full we are happy to work with you on a payment plan up 12 months, interest free.
