1. Home Health Occupational Therapist – PRN - Provides clinical care to patients of all ages, and diagnoses in home environment. Requires current, unrestricted, certification from National Board for Occupational Therapy, Inc. At least three years of experience preferred. BCLS certification is required. Prefer previous Home Health experience.
