  1. Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant - Provides care to emergency department patients within a limited scope in conjunction with the emergency department physician.   2. ICU RN - Provides critical care assessment, intervention and evaluation of critically ill patients offering emotional support to both patients and families. Requires current, unrestricted licensure as a registered nurse in Colorado. One to two years of general nursing experience and critical care courses are preferred. Non-clinical Positions
  1. Certified Coder - Full Time - Assign ICD-9 CM, CPT-4, and HCPCS codes as appropriate to narrative diagnoses and procedures documented in the medical record. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and certification as a certified coding specialist (CCS) through the American Health Information Management Association. One to three years experience in acute care surgery and inpatient coding preferred. Knowledgeable in the application of coding regulations. Knowledgeable in the application of coding regulations. Excellent computer skills, 10-key by touch, filing and typing proficiency. Familiarity with CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding.

  1. Behavorial Health/EAP Therapist - PRN - The therapist shall be available to see emergent critical care, admitted and out patients as reasonably designated by the Hospital by providing clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic services in accordance with the standards of the Hospital and the State of Colorado. The therapist shall also be responsible for maintaining. At least a Masters in Psychology/Counseling/Social Work or related medical field. Most hold Colorado License for their discipline. Most hold or be willing to pursue CEAP certification. Most hold or be willing to pursue SAP certification.  Past experience providing counseling for individuals with mental conditions, substance abuse and/or family issues.
