Weight Management
Community Hospital’s Nutrition Services will help you get on track to a healthier lifestyle. Simple steps such as healthy food choices and physical activity will help you achieve your goals. Personal consultation will help you manage and achieve a healthy weight.

Hypertension
Due to the serious effects of hypertension, forming a healthy lifestyle plan is essential when it comes to lowering your risk factors for heart disease. By consulting a dietitian you will learn how to stay informed about your blood pressure, balance it at a healthy level through diet and exercise. The DASH diet plan (dietary approach to stop hypertension) can be personalized to help decrease cardiac risk factors.

Cholesterol Management

Celiac Disease (Celiac Sprue)

Nutritional Services can help devise a personalized healthy eating plan. They will help you understand the disease, and identify foods you should avoid.
