Community Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament



The Community Hospital Foundation Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Fisher’s Liquor Barn for hosting the 11th annual Colorado West Two-Person Golf Tournament and to thank all of our hole sponsors. The sponsorships and silent auction proceeds generated over $10,000 in donations this year!

All proceeds support the Foundation’s Education Scholarship Program at Community Hospital as part of the Foundation’s commitment to education and improving patient outcomes. This year, the Foundation Board voted to allow funding for specific nursing certifications. By broadening our scholarship criteria to include nursing certifications, we are contributing to the organization’s strategic focus on achieving Magnet status.
Annual Support:
These gifts help to support new and ongoing programs and related technology. Your gift may be designated as an unrestricted gift, which allows us to allocate your donation to the area of greatest need, or you may decide that your gift will be restricted to a specific area.

In Memoriam/Tribute Gifts:
These gifts honor an extraordinary person who has made a difference in your life (a physician, nurse, caregiver) or to commemorate a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, Mother’s/Father’s Day).

Deferred Gifts:
